Two cheetah survey the savanna for prey, their golden coats rendered in astonishing detail with yellow, gold, orange and brown threads of many shades.  The East African cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus jubatus) once roamed throughout the grasslands of East Africa, however today their numbers are drastically reduced and they are extinct in Rwanda.   Their largest modern populations are found in Tanzania and Kenya.
